Facepoker Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the FacePoker platform and all its services. By using the facepoker.app website and any associated mobile applications, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and associated funds may be forfeited.
• The phone number, email address, and banking details you provide at registration must always be your own.
• The KYC (account verification) process may require a photo of your National ID or passport. This is part of our legal compliance obligations.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password or OTP with anyone.
• Third-party transactions or bets placed on your account by anyone other than yourself are strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on FacePoker are considered final at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled or modified unless a technical error is proven.

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live betting may be subject to delays — any attempt to exploit these delays will be automatically detected by the system.
• If one event in a combo bet is cancelled, the odds for the remaining events will be recalculated.

• FacePoker uses verified scores and official results. In the event of any dispute, the official source will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FacePoker. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Organized attempts at arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at FacePoker staff.
• Involvement in match-fixing or any form of corrupt interference in sporting events.

FacePoker is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Using the self-exclusion feature, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.

• Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be closed immediately.

FacePoker reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances — without prior notice:

• Where fraud is suspected or an investigation is required.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• At the user's own request.

Any valid balance in a permanently closed account may be returned after investigation, provided no violation is found.

FacePoker shall not be held liable for the following:

• Delays or errors caused by third-party networks or payment services.
• Bets lost due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access where the user has shared their own password.
• Temporary unavailability of games or betting sections due to unexpected technical issues.

FacePoker may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. For significant updates, a notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after an update has been made will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account.
